Speech and self isolation

My 3 yr old boy is still immature when it comes to speech. At school, he doesnt want to join in with the other kids. He likes playing in the garden before but lately he would rather stay indoors and do something else. He doesnt focus much on the activities offered to him by the teachers. At home he's contented in playing with his leap pad.

Im worried about him.he was seen by the pediatrist and he said that his knowledge of drawing is basic. What should i do?
